ABOUT USKCAWA

Urea Sar Karkhana College Alumni welfare Association (USKCAWA) was established on year 2017. USKCAWA operates the welfare activities for the current and former students, teachers, officers & employees of Urea Sar Karkhana School & College, Palash, Narsingdi. This organization will also play an associate role as the government’s subsidiary agency in case of any adverse situation, emergerncy, unexpected natural & humanitarian disaster elsewhere in Bangladesh.

OUR VISION

As a voluntary organization our vision is to assist the government in forming a happy and prosperous nation by transforming the masses of the country into skilled and sustainable human resources through contributing to the service of the humanitarian and social welfare

OUR MISSION

  • Child Welfare: The organization will carry out various activities such as modern educational activities, forming good practices, protection of personal health and healthy mental development in line with the prescribed syllabus of the Department of Primary Education.
  • Youth Development: We plan to eliminate the unemployment by making the students & young society a skilled labor force to build the best catalyst for solving all problems at the national level. To encourage the youth in social welfare activities based on employment and voluntary work. To assist in training on scientific ways and regulations of entrepreneurship in agriculture, industry and business. To raise awareness & provide the necessary legal guidelines, valid training resource, rules, regulations of government and the formula way to become successful while working abroad as expat. 
  • Family Planning, Health & Technology, Woman Welfare (Empowerment): To take initiative to remove the illiteracy for the universal development of education,encourage people to promote technical education and woman’s education, to have a supportive role in the promotion of modern technical education and to assist in the implementation of various research activities, improve the quality of life through the development of healthcare, education and human resources, Ensure population growth control, primary health and planning services (especially for mothers and babies), increase public awareness through STD, HIV, CORONA prevention programs, help children, adolescents and youth develop personal, family and social well-being, contribute to healthy mental development, promote hygiene, education and social awareness.
  • Movement against anti-social and anti-state crimes:To make people aware of various civil and criminal offenses regulated by state law, eve-teasing, misconduct, drug addiction, religious ignorance and extremism, religious misinterpretation, various cyber-crimes like rumors, misleading information exchanges and shares conducted through social media, amateur likes in public posts, comments, trolling, cyber bullying and many other unexpected situations that arise by decades as well and make them conscious how to deal with unexpected situations.
  • Providing assistance to the disadvantaged: Work for the well-being of physically and mentally incapacitated people. The organization will work with highest priority for them.
  • Adult education and social education: Social education and adult education will be arranged for the purpose of awakening the values of duties & responsibilities as a citizen. Various meetings and seminars, curriculum and documentary films will be demonstrated to give a clear idea about social and moral responsibility.
  • Welfare and rehabilitation of patients: Providing one-time grants to patients, providing medical expenses, organizing health camps, assisting in providing nutritious food.
  • Welfare of the elderly and physically disabled: Adult education, adopt a plan to keep the daily life of the old and elderly and physically handicapped people sound good, to make arrangements for employment based on the capacity and to plan for the construction of old home.
  • Various activities as an ally of the government for the welfare of the state: Protecting the environment through social forestry, waste management, anti-smoking campaigns and other multidimensional approaches. To transform the growing population of the country into skilled human resources by providing various technical assistance, to create awareness among the people about modern technology and to provide basic applied technical knowledge through informal education.
